yes an no you can't have the same file extension mapped to 2 different handlers.
Go to the location in your registry specified in the reg file and make sure
there are no duplicate mappings and that there are 2 "%s" after the php.exe. If
you want to support all 3 versions then map them to different extensions (eg.
php, php3 & php4)

I can't be sure of that. If PWS/win2k uses the MMC then you should find a page
which enables you to set the mappings. In IIS 4 this was found by getting the
properties of your site, going to the Home Directory tab and choosing
configuration. Again don't forget the 2 %s
