Although I can't help you get it working, I'd just like you to reconsider your
stance on recommending PHP to your company. I am using PHP3 with no problems.
PHP4 has been out for less than two months IIRC, making it still a "new"
release. There are frequently problems with early releases. For comparison,
how many service releases and fixpacks did it take to get NT4 to a usable
level?
I'm sure the problems will get worked out, but until then you can still use
PHP3. I understand the syntax is supposed to be mostly unchanged, so the only
reason to move to PHP4 right away seems to be increased speed -- if you can get
it working.
