Now that is seems the patch for this bug is added to the coming PHP 7.2.1 and PHP 7.0.27, could I
please ask that someone also add this to the coming PHP 7.1.13, so that is not the only version that
does not get the fix for the next release?

PHP 7.1.13 is the main version we are using, and on production servers we really do not like to
patch PHP, but use the latest stable. However if this fix is not added to PHP 7.1.13, there will not
be any stable PHP 7.1.x until end of february when PH 7.1.14 is released.
