Grant, You basically setup a piggyback. 1. Install OpenLink's Multi-Tier drivers, with your Linux box as the client and the Win box as the server, and install the ODBC agent on the Win box. 2. Setup a native DSN on the Windows box, using the MS driver. Let's call it 'foo' for this example. 3. Setup a DSN on the Linux box in the odbc.ini. Specify ODBC as the ServerType, the Win box as the Hostname, and 'foo' as the Database name. Ensure your environment variables are set in your PHP (LD_LIBRARY_PATH, ODBCINI, etc) and you should be good to go. The PHP-ODBC HOWTO at http://www.iodbc.org has more details on setting up iODBC.
