First you have symbol table which has "a" entry, pointing to zval which contains 1. Second, you have two entries, "a" and "b", which point to zval with is_ref = 1 and refcount 2. Third, you have three entries, "a", "b" and "c", which all point to the same zval, now having refcount 3.
I think time has come to have a closer look at zend code for some PHPers (including me). :) regards -- o----------0-?---------O-·---?----o---?-----o o O ° . | http://www.kiffen.de | pRotec,t y0ur bRai'n |0 O ° ? ° · 0°·^(3)°²'²^(3)-^(1)'^(3)?^(3)°^°^(3)~^(3)²^(3)°'^(3)²²?^(3)²^^(3)^(1)^(3)²°²^(3)`^(3)^(o)^(3)°? ° o © ° . · | psychedelic experience | gott@kiffen.de | O ° o ° o-?--o--0-----©-·--O-----o-----0-?----------o 0 ° · ° . ? ·
