Do you conclude that it is easier to make a CGI installation safe than
it is for a module installation?... even if both can be make very safe.
I mean it is very simple to change the permissions of your cgi-bin
directory.

BTW, where does one make the change is he wants to have its root as
Web root: /web/www.mydomain.com/home or whatever?
