Uploading help

Can someone explain to me why i'm getting this error: Warning: move_uploaded_file(/home/mydir/UPLOADS/TEMP-ing.txt) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to create stream: Permission denied in /usr/local/apache/htdocs/Upload.php on line 32 Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to move '/tmp/phpTLVzmF' to '/home/mydir/UPLOADS/TEMP-ing.txt' in /usr/local/apache/htdocs/Upload.php on line 32 I'm trying to use move_uploaded_file to move a file in /tmp to a local directory. Its obvious that its a permissions issue, but I can't figure out how to fix it. I'm using PHP 4.3/Apache/RH8. Thanks, Vam __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? The New Yahoo!
