EditPlus (www.editplus.com) and HomeSite (www.allaire.com) here, and good
ol' vi on linux.
I usually develop in IE5.x, because I absolutely hate everything about
netscape (4.x),
it's slow, it crashes, my grandma can render better tables, it doesn't
support proper DHTML, doesn't support proper CSS, and should in fact never
have been declared beta, and that it has been unleashed on the net is an
outrage...
I work on linux using mounted shares (thanks, samba team) and securecrt
(best telnet/ssh client ever, IMO - www.vandyke.com).
