Yes, I followed all of those steps as well, and I bet Michael did as well. I have compiled and re-compiled all involved packages with no change in the outcome. I'm really lost here. To see my server configuration, check out http://www.mswanson.com/test/phpinfo.php (Note: Why is it that PHPINFO doesn't tell you if JPEG support is enabled?? it only says if png and WBMP formats are enabled???)
