But, what if Apache and/or PHP messes up? The file could go out as clear
text. Not good.
Anyway, back to the initial subject of style. My files are broken up by
operation to be performed. Viewing and setting user preferences is in one
file. Adding users is in another file. Etc. Commonly used code, like
passwords, classes, headers, etc are kept in separte include files, broken
down into into files by procedural needs.
Including/requiring files hinders performance, so don't make includes just
for the sake of breaking up your code. Use includes to contain code that's
needed on various pages.
