From what I understand about using Authorize.net.. basically I had a form,
which the user filled out, which I offer up this form via secure connection
ie: https://www.yourdomain.com/someform.html
I believe we are running a some SSL version of Apache, with a certificate
from Verisign.
Then this form would have a link to authorize.net like
<FORM METHOD=POST
ACTION="https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll">
