That is a shell script. You need to do a bit of Linux System

There is nothing to uninstall because you didn't manage to install
anything.

./configure --with-mysql --with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs
make
make install
Just do that. Then edit your /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf file according to
the instructions in the INSTALL file.
