Actually, the installer source is available right on the gnope site - it's just a nsis installer (open source install builder for windows), and it might be a smart idea to have an official php-gtk2 installer for windows so we don't have to say "you don't know what you're doing, go use gnope" (pygtk has one - and yes I can volunteer to help support the thing :)
If that's going to happen, and I think that would be great, please make sure it works on Win98. The last I knew, Gnope did not, so the helpful advice about going there for PHP-Gtk2 has been useless for us.
