How to develop incomplete stuff with more than one person
when not using CVS? CVS version is not always working, and this is OK.
When you commit incomplete stuff you inform the other developers
about whats going on ...
Example: I develop a changed version of go-pear, based on the CVS version.
If this version is old cause stig didn't finish his work at $HOME yet,
my work could be useless due to great changes to go-pear ...
But if I read that there is ongoing development, we can better coordinate
and manage our two versions. I hope you got my point.
We have a realease system so that we can CVS really for development, and
development means versions which are not stable and which can be broken ...
