Don't go there. If we should move every single piece of PEAR code
that somehow supports a commercial product, half of the code would end
up there. PHP is a "commercial entity"-friendly program, and we
should not start alienating companies interested in committing
resources to PHP and PEAR development by stigmatizing them.
If someone writes a PEAR package supporting a commercial product,
swell! If someone else has a problem with that, let them write a
package for _their_ commercial product or whatever. As long as the
package itself is OSS, PEAR has room for it.
