What about a function then? does everything has to be a class in PEAR
(this is not a "flame question", it's a real question)? What about:
echo HTML_Anchor('foo');
Maybe even HTML_Link and HTML_Image could be done as a functions (it's
not very common to change values of this objects)
$page->addBodyContent(HTML_Link('mypage.php'));

I find very confusing that HTML_Link can be used to make a "bookmark",
"anchor", "fragment" or whatever is called (I'm sorry about my limited
english).
