As long as there's no PEAR error handling and it solves the same
problems as available PEAR classes I don't think it should be integrated
into PEAR. Why shouldn't I then use the PEARless version if I don't have
the advantages of PEAR_Error(), and that bug-fixes in HTTP_Request fix
bugs in UDDI?
