If there are no more suggestions/comments I would like to call
for voting on the package HTTP_Download.

* sending files or raw data ie. from DB blobs
* HTTP Compression by ob_start('ob_gzhandler')
* HTTP Caching
* HTTP Ranges
* guess content type with ext/mime.magic
