Validate_DE

Hi, I just developed a small add-on for the Validate package that is able to do some validation that's needed for German sites. Currently it's able to validate: - postcode (only format) - bankcode (only format) - dialing codes (checks for mobile phone or commercial number) - phone number - 0700 phone number (a number you keep your whole life) These were the only validation rules I needed, more could possible follow... At least there's a foundation for the German package..
