sorry for not being able to read this earlier, but:

one question about the code:
// list of German commercial dialing codes
$commercialDialingCodes = array("0190","0191", "0192",
"0193", "0194", "0195", "0196", "0197",
"0198", "0199", "0800", "0900");
why is 0800 in this list (free number)? Why are 0180x numbers not in the list? But probably what it
comes down to is this: What is the definition of "commercial dialing codes"? Maybe this
should be cleared up.
