Maybe something like "premium rate codes" would be more intuitiv?
Agreed that 0800 should not be in the "premium rate"-list. But 0180,
0190, 0900 etc. imho should be, because they are priced independent
of all other calling charges.
Hmm - how far has the work on these extensions for _DE proceeded?
Have I missed something? Is there already source to integrate into
validate? If the source has already been agreed upon, please let me
know and I'll check back with Pierre and integrate it.
