function phone0700($number) should be in the phoneNumber validation and
uses options. I would like to see phone code options too in the
phoneNumber method (calling back the dialingCode?).
The different phone prefices (mobile, commercial,...) should be a
property and additionals number should be set, imho.

Write unit tests and you can go ahead. If everyone agrees I will then
release a last alpha before entering the beta phase (and freeze the
interface)
