Not at all. The Oracle PHP api has many limitations, for example
doesn't have numRows or a way to retrieve only sets of results, making
Oracle incompatible with the automatic fetchrow feature of the Pager
Class. (what people do to paginate rows in Oracle? fetch all and only
show the rows between a range?) The same occurs with Interbase.
Any way, one can always use the data provided by the class to represent
all the things related to paginated result sets (all of them
automatically calculated by the Pager class).
