I meant asking the author of that particular part of code for the
permission to use a different license. Can't he decide such things
afterwards? Did he donate the code to LGPL and can't decide to
somehow "dual-license" his snippet of code, so it might become
available under a different licence? I just wonder, what if people
use PHP License in a pear-package and include some lines of LGPL-
code? A bit weird in my eyes ...
