Original idea came from Horde::Registry, for feature
" allows communication method between applications" => call services
But i've thought to extends it a bit with callbacks (functions OR
class-methods)
If i'm not wrong, Horde allows only function callbacks.
Others part are PEAR::Config facilities (import, export, addparam,
removeparam on layers)
and are not included in Horde::Registry.
