I made a new patch for Auth_HTTP to support HTTP Digest Authentication,

Changes from the previous version are,
- replace apache_request_headers() with getallheaders()
- replace escapeSimple() with quoteString()
- support nonceLife option to limit maximum life of nonce value.
- replace authMethod with authType.
- code clean-up and bug fix.
