While the grudge part is an unfortunate possibility, the hard feelings is
the reason anonymity is needed.

Too bad we couldn't vote -1 for George Bush. See, there's the proof right
there that we need -1 votes for individual candidates! :)

That's why we should vote on the individuals just like we vote on
packages: +1, -1, 0.
