Hi!
Just want to add my $ .02 again.
I'm defenitly against a -1 voting. If someone votes +1 on a person, it's clear that he desires to see this person in PEAR QA. And if he doesn't vote +1 on him, it's clear that he does not want to see him there.
Having -1 votes in personell votings is barbarous. We are not here to expose someone or so, this is just the election of a group of people. The common sense is not to get to know, what the majority doesn't want, but what the majority wants.
Sorry, but for me -1 votes are unfeasible here.
Regards,
Toby
