From function manual:
<> Keep in mind that the setting magic_quotes_gpc <http://us2.php.net/manual/en/ref.info.php#ini.magic-quotes-gpc> will not work at runtime.
What can we do about it ?
I mean it's not in PEAR's scope, or am I wrong ?
