I agree. XML_RPC is a major foundation for the rest of PEAR. I didn't
even realize an XML_RPC2 proposal was on the table. Yes, that's my fault
for not paying attention. But, before sending such a major proposal up
for a vote, it would have been a wise idea to post to pear-dev saying
"Hey, I'm thinking of putting this to a vote soon. What do y'all think?"
