Some of us (I mean french people) want to contribute by writing docs and tutorials, but don't have the needed skills to do it directly in english, that's all. We will try to give them the opportunity to find translators which will put it in english for release on the official site. There are a lot of needs when it comes to documentation, and people who writes code often don't like to write docs.
