[PEPr] Comment on XML::XML_Feed_Writer

David Coallier (http://pear.php.net/user/davidc) has commented on the proposal for XML::XML_Feed_Writer. Comment: Wow did I get behind on this project. Sorry everyone. Ok, for the POP3 converter, I believe that the Feed-Writer could play a good game in this, but the idea doesn't take place in that same package I think. Let me explain, you would have to create something like XML_Feed_POP3Converter or some name that people will like :-P that will instantiate the XML_Feed_Writer class and then build the rss.
