[PEPr] Comment on XML::XML_Feed_Writer

David Coallier (http://pear.php.net/user/davidc) has commented on the proposal for XML::XML_Feed_Writer. Comment: Justin, this is exactly what I wanted to see, a good constructive comment. Thank you very much, I will refactor this as needed, and now I see that people really are interested in that package. Shouldn't be too complicated now, just couple hours to get the good design. Then make sure it's all good and the variables like skidays that are actually skipdays aren't messed, and I will also make the tuning and variables checking with zend studio, then make good examples, which will take couple days since I have to work, but I'll try to give it couple hours tonight. But I will come up with something solid, and good looking with better comments.
