[PEPr] Comment on Versioning::Versioning_CVS

It was not clear for me to answer this comments with a back comment so it comes up a little late. Clay Loveless: First my idea was not a wrapper class for CVS. It was a class that reads out informations from RCS files. If i finish the base class i will check for this feature. Alan Knowles: Yes i check CS from time to time. Pls note it's my first PEAR package (so not every thats clear for you is clear for me). Pls let me some time. Is it needed to code PHP5 for new proposals? _pre() is used for whitebox-tests and would be removed in the next releases. Pls let me know about more ideas and mistakes for my package.
