That pretty much confirms your PHPUnit installation right there. If you have PhpDocumentor installed, it should have a phpdoc.bat file for running it, and I'd expect it to be in your pear/pear directory. The phpunit.bat file should be there also. Does either your pear or pear/pear directories have any bat files at all?
