"pear run-tests -r AllTests.php PhpDocumentor" works fine for me,
as well.
That pretty much confirms your PHPUnit installation right there.
If you have PhpDocumentor installed, it should have a phpdoc.bat file for running it, and I'd expect it to be in your pear/pear directory. The phpunit.bat file should be there also. Does either your pear or pear/pear directories have any bat files at all? What directory is your pear.bat file in?
I don't have any *.bat files in PEAR or PEAR/PEAR. Could the fact that I have multiple PEAR installations be the problem?
I tried to create a new folder - C:\phpx - and placed the files from <http://www.php.net/get/php-5.2.2-Win32.zip/from/a/mirror> into it. I then typed "go-pear" and "pear channel-discover pear.phpunit.de" and get the following message:
Channel "pear.phpunit.de" is already initialized
Why would it be initialized? I did a "local" install - not a "system" one...
