Ahhhh... Do a "pear config-show" to see what pear installation you are actually using by just running "pear" without an absolute path. Some of those settings will tell you which pear installation you've been using all along. Once you determine where that installation is, then look for the bat files there. Hmmm. bin_dir is pointing to a PHP4 installation. I don't understand why this would be, though, when I told it to do a local install in a PHP5 directory...
