I feel like bumping up the requirement is a good thing (TM), though
(for the love of god :)) you should announce that 2-3 month in advance
so people have time to update. I feel like even though I despise PHP
4.x since I moved on PHP 5 and even though I am not a CentOS user,
those people deserve to be cut some slack.
I am not sure how exactly e.g. CentOS decides if it includes 4.3 or
4.4, maybe a good opportunity to work with the maintainers and get
more recent editions of PHP into their distriubutions.
In anyway, better announce in advance - not just do it. :)
