Please keep in mind, that it's not required for a voter to participate
in the RFC process.
We have so many packages in RFC that it's hard to have a look at all of them.
That said, if a developer has a condition on his vote you should see
this as a feedback based on an in depth review of your code and not as
a rant like your reaction suggests.
PEAR's approval process is not about rushing through snippets of code
but about ensuring that packages reach a specific level of quality.
And finally, there are still about two weeks left to reach 5
unconditional votes.
Just relax a little.
