there alreay is a very nice caching class (with SHM support) in PEAR/cache,
PEAR/Function_Cache would be nice, if the Shared Memory part of it
wouldn't be so slow. It works nice without, but you don't get the real
effect (cross-process) then.
argh, I have mixed up the function cache with Ulf Wendels cache class - which is NOT commited yet (but was announced on PEAR)...
we'll commit it as fast as possible... :)
