Does Zend support any kind of packaging in order to keep different peoples
libraries in an accessable scope of their own?
Or could things be set to allow some kind of scope reference to overcome
this without renaming the whole function when such situations occur?
For example:
thisfile.numargs()
mylib.numargs()
etc
