RTFM is a good way how to learn how to locate information. Because when you work alone with a problem, you will depend on this in order to solve the problem. Of course everybody first have to step over the learning threshold level, but before asking questions one is supposed to have done his home work before asking a question. (And this does not imply preventing people from asking question about how to do the homework.)
