Okay, then let's get specific -- when can we shoot for doing a
PHP/4.0b1 release?
I'll sign up to take on setting up the system to put together
distributions (including an HTML form of the documentation), if
that will help.
We should also open up the relevant repositories to everyone on
php-dev to gear up for this.
