No it isn't. It hasn't been updated since 1/15/1999, according
to http://www.php.net/manual/. (And the same on
uk.php.net.)
The HTML version is out of date, too (5/17/1999, according to
http://www.php.net/manual/html/).
Maybe you're talking about the .tar.gz files or something
else?

Ah, I see. I was looking for yp.sgml. The &reference.nis; entity
was missing from manual.sgml, too.
