Hmmm.... assuming people are using PHP4 with NT (I hear people are using PHP4
but I can't recall what platforms -- sure they must be) then looks like
something more complicated. I wonder why the DLL doesn't load.
Are you running with Apache for your web server? If so (or not), what version?
