...ah no, hang on -- your not Unix are you? Forget all that .... I guess
it's a
batch file you want. I assume Apache will execute a batch file like it will
any
other cgi-bin ...
Just put the command line you tried in the batch file and have Apache try to
run
it from the cgi-bin directory. Check out the ScriptAlias directive in your
httpd.conf file (or whatever its called under Windows).
