For a really stable Win32 built of Apache 1.3.12, well packed in a quality
installer, and including SSL and PHP4 (still the beta code though), have a
look to OpenSA 0.20 on www.opensa.org.
A new version is about to be released in Win32 binary with PHP4 final
version as a module instead of as a CGI. A new ColdFusion interface module
is supposed to be added also.
