Hmm
thanks for that..
I'm only a young guy but I have been told that it seems 'too cheap' the
price I put on it..
I spend a lot of time programming these sites, and build quite well
programmed sites (ie Databasing, security/authentication, product system,
etc) and I really love programming and webdev..
But I really need money too, and yeah your right, the pay for just 10 a
month is shit..
I want to pay off my internet, bills, hosting (if I can afford that) :)
heaps of stuff, also I am looking for a lappy for Uni and just plain old
spare cash for food, transport etc..
And yeah.. In comparison to what biz's pay for everything else.. my charge
pales largely :P
Ok.. a hourly rate thing sounds good..
BUT one thing.. If I get little personal sites (like I have one person just
asked a week ago) how can I possibly expect they will pay like 70+ p/h for a
site? and ontop of that another 20 or more for hosting p/m....
Because I am not some large company but I have plenty of great 5K1LL5. I
can't really "push" off these "somewhat" prospective clients simply cos
they
can't afford my work.. Because I need their money :)
I am in Australia.. So.. as a plug.. :) Anyone want a good, fast, slick,
heavily database intergrated ecommerce site? With member facilities, product
catergoristation and search system? Ability to have my own "auto-updater"
program extract the DB you use at workplace with pricing and automatically
upload to your website to reflect latest pricing etc at specified
intervals...
mmMMmm..... maximum w00tage eh?
Haha.. ROFL
Oh wells.. Reading next email in this huge mail listing :)
