If we change /error/index.php -> /error.php
I would be very happy to see this change for 'good looking organization' reasons, but I was unable to come up with a good method for it which would not break all mirrors. They all have ErrorHandlers set to /error/index.php :(((
Ilia has spotted a couple of other areas that can be tuned (that don't
require radical changes); he is planning to take a look this weekend.
May I also suggest caching? The cache related headers are used very differently on pages. There are some pages which include specific caching headers for no real reason. Generally I think that caching can probably be enhanced.
