2. The same thing applies here. But instead create the link that searches the whole site to a local mirror. If the mirror has local search support it will reply faster. If not it will ask ch.php.net (the old way) and return links to itself.

This is the second case.
Of course this returns no results because apparently Gabor doesn't rule
